Ms. Kristen Fuller
Ms. Kristen Fuller became the assistant director for program management (ADPM) for DARPA’s Defense Sciences Office (DSO) in April 2014. In this role, Ms. Fuller is responsible for managing DSO’s business processes. She has 19 years of experience at DARPA managing budgets, finance, contracts, acquisition, and policy, and is actively engaged in managing the relationships between DARPA and the military and civilian agencies that work on its behalf. She is especially interested in identifying novel acquisition strategies and contracting methods to streamline the time from idea generation to commencement of research.
Ms. Fuller previously served as ADPM in DARPA's Information Awareness Office and Joint Unmanned Combat Air Systems Office. She held unlimited contracting officer's warrants for the Air Force F-16 System Program Office, the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, and DARPA. She also was a principal contract policy analyst for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and special assistant for contract policy at DARPA.
Ms. Fuller holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in management, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Professional Writing Certificate, both from Wright State University. She is a National Contracts Management Association Lifetime Certified Professional Contracts Manager.
